Assertiveness Essentials in Leadership, Work & Life (1-2 days)
Participants build self-awareness of their own toxic communication patterns – passive, aggressive and passive-aggressive – and learn the power and advantage of assertiveness – the ability to express one’s opinions, thoughts, ideas and feelings with influence in a clear, candid and respectful way.

A Collaborative Coach-Approach for Leaders (1-2 days)

Skills learned will support them to nurture a coaching culture and create deeper, more collaborative ‘conflict free’ relationships.
